BTC.D shows where capital flows. Rising = flight to BTC. Falling = altseason. Zones: >70% Bitcoin maxi, 50-60% normal bull, <40% extreme altseason.

The whole crypto market has a total value. BTC.D shows what % of it is Bitcoin alone. Rises when people dump alts for BTC (fear or accumulation). Falls when capital flows from BTC into alts, a sign of altseason.

Sep 2019: BTC.D 71%. May 2021: 39% (peak altseason). Nov 2024: 58% (post-halving). Dec 2024: 55% (rotation to alts).
