Dev Activity: GitHub commits, PRs, releases. High = team building, healthy ecosystem (ETH, Cosmos, Polkadot top). Low = dying project (many 2017 'zombie chains'). Long-term price correlation is strong, as without building, there is no value.

Number of commits, pull requests and releases in a project's GitHub. High = team is building, ecosystem alive (Ethereum, Solana, Cosmos lead). Low = project is dying even if the token still trades. Most 'zombie chains' from 2017 vanished after years of code silence.
