Support & Resistance
Price levels where buyers (support) or sellers (resistance) historically appeared.
Support: a level where demand outweighs supply, stopping declines. Resistance: opposite. The more times a level was tested, the stronger it is. After a breakout they swap roles - old resistance becomes support. Strongest: round numbers (BTC 100k USD), ATH, prior lows, volume HVN/LVN.
In plain words
Support is a price floor where price bounces up. Resistance is a ceiling price hits and turns back. After a ceiling breaks it becomes a floor.
Example
BTC 69k = 2021 ATH -> resistance for 2.5 years, broken March 2024, fast move to 73k. After that 69k became support.
