Crypto derivatives analytics: funding, OI, long/short ratio and liquidations
Funding rates, open interest, long/short ratios and live liquidations from Binance Futures, OKX and Bybit, with liquidation cascade detection and a per exchange or combined view.
The derivatives module shows how leveraged traders are positioned, which the spot price alone does not reveal. Data comes from Binance Futures, OKX and Bybit and can be viewed combined or one exchange at a time.
Liquidations arrive as a real time stream with 1 hour, 4 hour and 24 hour windows, split into long and short. The cascade detector compares the last hour with a typical hour of the day, so an unusual wave of forced closures stands out from normal noise. Totals always state how many exchanges they cover, because no public source sees every liquidation.
Positioning is measured with the long/short account ratio, funding rate and open interest, together with their short term changes and the 24 hour average. Order book depth, exchange price divergence and options data complete the picture.

How to read the data
Forced position closures (liquidations) from the futures market: a real-time stream from Binance Futures (the !forceOrder channel via our relay server), with OKX and Bybit data added on a periodic refresh. Green entries are long liquidations (price fell), red are short liquidations (price rose). The summary offers a window picker (1h / 4h / 24h) plus coin, side and exchange filters, which can be cleared with one click. Plus side dominance and an hourly stacked bar chart.

A rolled-up view of liquidations across the futures market (Binance Futures, OKX and Bybit): how much capital was force-closed in the last hour, in four hours and in a day, how it splits between longs and shorts, and whether the last hour clearly stands out from a typical hour of the day. Coin, side and exchange filters narrow the windows and the chart: the cascade status stays market-wide. Plus the largest single event, the coins with the biggest liquidation volume and an hourly chart.
1h / 4h / 24h windows, Cascade, Typical hour (baseline), Largest liquidation & top coins, Scope of the total
The ratio of accounts holding long positions to accounts holding short positions on derivatives exchanges (Binance Futures, OKX and Bybit; global accounts, 5-minute periods) for roughly the 10 largest coins. The "Data view" switcher at the top of the page picks the source: the combined view merges exchanges by priority (with a breakdown of each venue's contribution), while a single-exchange view shows only that venue's numbers. The table shows the current Long%/Short% split, the Ratio value and its 5-minute, 15-minute and 1-hour changes. The line chart tracks the Ratio history with a 1.0 balance reference line.

The Long/Short ratio history (pink line, left axis) for the selected coin over a 4 h–7 d window, optionally overlaid with price (blue dashed line, right axis). The gold dashed line marks 1.0: long/short balance.
Ratio vs Price, Time window and zoom
Professional indicators from the derivatives market show not the price itself but the positioning and bias of leveraged traders. A window into where the crowd placed its money and how leveraged it is.
Funding Rate, Open Interest, 24h Change, Signal
Current state and history of the options market for major cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH). The widget displays aggregate Open Interest (OI), trading volume, Put/Call ratios (by OI and volume), and the structure of open positions across expiry dates. OI and volume are quoted in the base coin (BTC/ETH) exactly as the exchange reports them, so figures carry a coin unit rather than a dollar sign.
Put/Call Ratio, Open Interest & Volume (24h), Expiry breakdown
Comparison of derivatives markets across exchanges: Binance, OKX and Bybit. It shows differences in Funding Rates and Long/Short Ratios for the same coins, highlighting local market tensions (Tension Score). By default the comparison is combined, meaning it covers every exchange that reported data; the picker at the top narrows it down to a chosen pair of venues.
Comparison scope: combined or a pair, How tension is computed (the formula), Tension Score, No tension reading, Funding spread, LSR spread, Total OI & direction conflict, The "empty character" in the table
Aggregated liquidity on the Bid and Ask sides visible in the Order Book for selected coins. The widget summarizes total depth, order imbalance in various price deviation bands, and the history of spread width.
